As Principal Broker and Owner at Tract & Frame Realty, I have been sharing my passion for real estate for over nine years. I hold myself to the highest standard and focus upon treating people with sincerity, kindness and respect. I genuinely love what I do. 

 

My professional expertise as “Rachel Rae NWA” and my familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas Market has served me well as I have been recognized by the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors (NABOR) for six years running. I received the Diamond Award for 2025 production with total sales of $10.5M+ between both residential and commercial realms. I also hold in leadership roles for NABOR having served as the 2024 Awards Committee Co-Chair, 2025 Awards Committee Chair, and as a member of the 2026-2027 Risk Reduction Commmittee. My brokerage has also partnered with the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce since 2024.

I am truly humbled by how supportive the community has been of my real estate business and of those who value my position as a hard working mom. My husband Mitch and I have three beautiful children ages 3,4, and 7. Mitch and I are very proud of our babies and love spending as much time with them as possible. We have been known to participate regularly in “bring your kiddo to work day” as we believe in instilling success and work ethic at an early age. In our “Family First” centric environment, I cannot be more sincere when I say that helping you find your dream home or facilitating a smooth selling process brings me joy.
